Hospitality of the personnel. Surrounding area was good with dogs if you have to let them out at night, police office was just across the street. I felt safe letting my dog out at 2am. Parking was just right in front of the hotel. Very important for us is dog friendly, parking next to the hotel, shops not too close yet not too far, and comfort of a good bed and of course proximity to AP7. This hotel offers all that. Reception staff gave us a free map of the town and told us the best places to go. Rooms were basis but clean and spacious. El hotel está bien situado, con accesos ámplios y claros, al lado de un bosque y con todos los servicios de alojamiento, restauración, bar, y un largo etc. Dejé nota a Booking de mi llogada entre 23.00 y 00.00 de la noche. Llegué tarde por motivos personales a les 01.45 de la madrugada. No había nadie. Un cocinero oyó que alguien llamava y fué a mirar y me abrió. Tenían la llave preparada encima del mostrador, pero el señor no sabía nada. Me dejó entrar de casualidad. La mañana siguiente se me informó de que no recibían clientes pasadas las 23.00 y que me habían enviado un correo (que no recibí) y que tube suerte de que me dejaran entrar. Lamento no haber encontrado en Booking este aviso o que el aviso que me mandaron no fuera, por ejemplo, telefónico y me dejaron en la estacada. |
