Apartamentos Botanic is in the center of Blanes, just 260 ft from the Costa Brava town's beach. It offers basic accommodations and a communal outdoor swimming pool.
Each of the apartments in Botanic come with a kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge and utensils. They also feature a lounge area with a sofa bed. Towels and bed linens are available for rent.
The area around the Botanic Apartments has bars, restaurants and street markets. In July the town has a firework festival on the beach. Lloret de Mar is about 3 miles away.
Apartamentos AR Botanic is in Blanes
The Costa Brava ends (or begins) in Blanes. Sa Palomera, a jagged rock between the port and the beach is the symbolic milestone. This seafaring town with a long- standing tradition of coastal shipping developed in a semi-circular bay dominated by a hill upon which the ruins of the Sant Joan Castle stand. The town has a seafront promenade and interesting historic monuments including Gothic buildings erected by the lineage of Viscounts of Cabrera, such as the mansion or the fountain on the Carrer Ample, a remarkable octagonal-shaped fountain dating from the 15th century. The Fishing Research Institute has an interesting aquarium with Mediterranean fauna.
Surrounded by the Vilar Hill (269 meters) and the San Joan Mountain (166 meters), its center lies near the end of the Tordera river. Blanes also has some of the most important beaches and coves of the Costa Brava.
Undoubtedly one of the main attractions of the city are its botanical gardens. If you love this kind of gardens or want to see its beautiful and exotic plants you should know that Blanes has two botanical gardens of great importance. The first is Marimurtra, which contains more than 3,000 species from all continents. Likewise you can also visit the Botanical Garden Pinya de Rosa, which owns, among other natural treasures, a large collection of cactus.
The historical legacy of Blanes is really interesting. In this village lived Iberians, Romans (the old place name comes from them: Blandae), feudal lords and, above all, from XIXth century the Catalan bourgeoisie, who took advantage of this excellent coastal not far from Barcelona to build some interesting villas near the sea.
However Blanes has been traditionally a fishing village. A tour through the old part of the town shows a significant architectural heritage, such as Casa de la Vila (Town Hall), dating from the XIXth century, the Fountain of the Mina Cristalina (from 1854), the Gothic Fountain (fifteenth century, the best preserved of Catalan Gothic architecture), the Plaza dels Feiners Dies (the square where the market took place in medieval times). Nor has to miss the Palace of the Viscounts of Cabrera (from the fourteenth century) and the Castle of Sant Joan, located at the top of the mountain of the same name, which also offers magnificent views of the south coast of Blanes.
Just from the top of the castle you get magnificent views of the longest sandy beach of Blanes: S'Abanell. The promontory in the middle of the beach is Sa Palomera, the first big rock that welcomes the Costa Brava, and to his right extends a long seaside boulevard which stretches almost to the end of the Tordera river. This is the most tourist area of Blanes, and offers a wide range of services to its visitors.
On the other side, behind the port, you find the cove of Santa Anna, Cala Treumal (the smallest cove, close to the botanical garden Pinya Rosa), and the Beach Sant Francesc, surrounded by an idyllic pine forest that provides easy access. Next to it is the Sant Francesc Hermitage.
Blanes, is also an interesting city that maintains an active calendar of cultural events throughout the year. The most important ones are the Interacional Fireworks Competition, the Carpets of Flowers Day (when mosaics of flowers are set up on many streets in June), the Local Festival Blanes Day (in August) and the Carnival Parade (in February).

Море рядом, апартаменты большие - полноценная 3-х комнатная квартира, достаточное количество мебели, на пляже есть лягушатник для детей, иногда не достаточно чистый, но пологий Для приготовления пищи все подготовлено очень плохо - кастрюли на которых все подгорает, сковородка одна единственная с диаметром около 15 см, нет половника, лопатки для сковородки, нет даже половой тряпки, а швабра которая есть очень грязная, холодильник подходит для максимум 3-4 человек - очень маленький, большинство кастрюль в него не входит |

Lakens en handdoeken moet je huren je krijgt een zak mee waar je mee terug moet lopen naar het appartement (20 min.) + je koffer. Pinnen kan niet je moet contant betalen. Het appartement moet je zelf schoonhouden . Dat had de vorige bewoner klaarblijkelijk niet gedaan. Ook hing er in de badkamer een vreselijke rioollucht die niet weg te krijgen was. Waarschijnlijk geen stankafsluiters bij de afvoeren. Op het balkon wel stoelen maar geen tafeltje. |

Appartamento dotato dell'essenziale. Adatto a chi ci passa il tempo solo per mangiare e dormire. Staff cortese e disponibile. La posizione è molto buona, vicino al mare, al mercato mattutino di frutta e verdura e alla via principale dove ci sono bar e ristoranti. Purtroppo il nostro appartamento dava sulla strada principale e alcune notti c'era molto traffico e persone che chiacchieravano fino a tardi. Cmq con un paio di tappi il problema è risolto. L'aria condizionata è a pagamento (4€ al giorno). |

proximité de bord de mer ,de tous commerces,centre ville,personnel d'entretien trés impliqué ,accueillant, dynamique!!! une piscine bien entretenu et trés agréable ! attention ! le personnel est sous pression on leur demande énormément de choses a faire qui ne font pas parti de leurs fonctions ,je pense un gros problème de communication avec l'agence et la propriétaire et tout retombe sur l'équipe d'entretien!!!! trés bruyant surtout par les locataires plus jeune qui parlent trés fort et qui ne respectent pas les consignes!!difficile de dormir la nuit!! donc des vacances fatiguantes. je fais ces remarques pour que bookin soit alerté . |

cena, za 100 eur nie znajdę nic w Polsce. czysta pościel za 10 eur - nie warto brać swojej moja żona przez godzinę musiała sprzątać ale potem już było "z górki". Polecam raczej pokoje nie od ulicy - marny widok :) |

Jeg kunne godt lide byen BLANES det er en okay by godt en times togkørsel fra Barcelona ja hvis man bare skal have et sted at sove er botanic såmænd udemærket men jeg kan ikke lide at der ikke er nogen i reception , indtjeckning foregår på et helt andet hotel I den anden ende af byen (dvs) man skal slæbe hele sit habengut igennem byen for at tjekke ind og få en nøgle og tilbage igen ..Ingen service her selv om man ringer på det nummer som er opgivet . Men ellers en okay lejlighed ,hvis man kan leve med at det er lidt lyt ,, folk der har fået lidt inden for vesten og andre der har det sjovt på andre måder høres ganske tydeligt |

No TV,no internet.:) Позднее прибытие €50,старое застираное пастельное белье+полотенце-€10, отсутствует чайник, кастрюли и сковородки проржавевшие, за 10 дней прибывания ни одной уборки апартаментов,очень шумно,апт. комплекс-погремушка,отсутствие какой либо шумоизоляции.В апартаментах отсутствует туалетная бумага,бытовая химия,губки для мытья посуды.Нет паркинга, паркинг в порту €7.50 Ключи от апартаментов надо получать в другом конце города.Очень неудобно.Персонал-полное отсутствие знаний английского.Одним словом-ужасно. |
