In the historic center of Calonge you'll find its medieval castle, which has its origins in the eighth century. Later new architectural elements were added to the set. The gardens of the castle and the medieval walls can be seen throughout the year. On the occasion of certain events, such as the Medieval Market, the Music Festival of Calonge (called Interludi), the Wine Festival or during live Christmas crib (nativity scene), the castle is open and you can visit the beautiful courtyard and the rest of the chambers.
