And there is lots to do at sports level too : the pretty 36 holes golf course of the Empordá Golf Club is only 7 km away and the beaches of lEstartit are ideal for all possible water sports. The Olympic village Banyoles (38 km) is known for its museums and pre-historical digs. but you can also walk around the lake of Banyoles. one of the largest lakes in Spain.
