The Castle of Sant Joan is located 173 meters above the beaches of Blanes and we found the first references to its existence in 1002. Currently retains its cylindrical tower structure, surrounded by a walled enclosure. It is an excellent viewpoint over the sea and on a clear day you can make out the silhouette of the mountain of Montjuïc in Barcelona.
